New and Refurbished Warranty!

At Epik Networks, we offer only the highest quality products to our customers. However, it is impossible to guarantee that all of our products arrive in perfect working condition. With that in mind, we have established a comprehensive warranty policy to satisfy you, our customer.

Epik Networks will advance replace all equipment that is DOA or found defective within 30 days of the purchase date. Replacement shipping costs and return costs will be paid for by Epik Networks. Equipment that is found defective after 30 days of the purchase date can be returned for repair or replacement by Epik Networks. All returned product will be replaced within 7 days of Epik Networks receiving the item and all shipping costs will be paid for by Epik.

All equipment sold by Epik Networks carries a 12-month warranty from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. All equipment sold has an Epik Networks warranty sticker or is serial number registered for new/unused items. If equipment is tampered with or repairs are attempted by anyone other than an Epik Networks employee, all warranties are void. Any returned products that do not meet the above requirements can be repaired at an additional fee. Returned products must include the original packaging, documentation and accessories or it will be refused.
